I am really hoping that Adobe will get real native support for DNxHD soon, like sooner than CS6.5, both read and write MXF wrapped DNxHD files would be cool.

I have noticed this too...I believe it is an issue with the avid dnx codec...you need to switch to 8 bit (yuk) mode to get rid of the black schmootz.
