A lot if "CS5.5" stuff works perfectly fine in CS6. The Maxon export plug-ins for AE CS5.5 work in CS6, for example (demonstrated here: http://provideocoalition.com/index.php/cmg_keyframes/story/after_effects_cs6_tutorial_exporting_3d_camera_tracker_data_to_cinema_4d/)
