I'm not a fan of this strategy and shutdown/load issue can cause issue
during outages and voltage adjustments. I can see using one for monitors and
external peripherals and on for the box, but unless it was a high end
solution that supported load-balancing, two units is not a great idea. Plus,
other than APC, cheap units I've used for routers, TVs and cable modems I've
found high failure rates.
