| Can't say I have ever encountered this before. I have a series of JPEGs from a Canon 5DmkII (from an Animation shoot). All images whether imported as still images or sequences are imported upside-down and flipped in the left-right dimension. This is true for both CS6 and CS5.5. I can just change the scale to negative values, but it is a bit unnerving. I test imported a JPEG form my own personal 5DmkII and the image came into AE properly oriented without any issues.
