Red Giant acquired it and rolled it into Instant HD. That was the original plan at least, you'd have to have someone from Red Giant confirm whether the technology did in fact get moved over.

If you don't mind me asking, as long as we're on the subject of discontinued software, what became of Resizer? I thought it was an excellent plug, never matched by anything else out there.
