| Are they fullsize 5dmkII frames? i think rhe Denoiser II plugin uses the GPU and it might be because it runs out of memory on the graphicscard when using so large frames?

Works on regular video files. These are JPEG sequences from a 5DmkII.
I'll see about converting some of them to TIFF to see if that changes anything.
Thanks,
James

Go back to basics and try Denoiser 2 on a QT movie first just to make sure the plug in is working. I exported an image sequence, put noise on it, re-imported it in CS6 and Denoised without issue. My image sequence is a tiff sequence.

Thanks for confirming that it should work,

Denoiser 1 will not work on an image sequence but Denoiser 2 will. In fact I discovered that Denoiser 2 can be used on still images. Recently I used Denoiser 2 to denoise a large Photoshop image I was using for some printed promotional material and it did an amazing job.
Unfortunately Denoiser 1 will not be available in the future and Denoiser 2 is the replacement from Red Giant.
