| I had the same problem under CS5 and did utterly exhaustive searches within all folders, within the actual application package, inside invisible folders, everywhere. I never managed to clear that alert and ended up just living with it. I recently upgraded my Mac which also meant upgrading to Lion and I've upgraded to CS6. With that, I decided on a complete clean install of everything. Been a long time since I did a clean install rather than just using CCC to clone my old drive.
