| I want create a matte reveal in a comp, then apply that matte to a lot of other layers. I can do this with the Calculations effect, but the problem is that the reveals all happen at the same time. I want them to happen at different times. Unfortunately the Calculations doesn't seem to have any control for shifting the time of the source layer. Is there any other effect or workaround to achieve this? To say it another way, i'm trying to create a track matte that i can blanket-apply to dozens of different layers and have the matte animate at different times (based on keyframes or the inpoint of the layer). |
