For years I used iView MediaPro which was fantastic, but alas, it's no more. Pixa is a great alternative but it doesn't handle footage so no go on that front. Bridge basically does what I need (albeit not very elegantly) but I find it to be incredibly buggy to the point where I find myself avoiding it. Anyhow, I hope this isn't considered too off-topic.
