This is the latest:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-270.00.00f06-driver.html?ClickID=bmumuzydu1klzzez1vegqsmdumygyf1klgyg

I just put a 'boot-screen' flashed 570 in a MacPro 3,1 and everything
lit right up.

It worked fine with Lion for a while but the latest update 10.7.4 broke it and now the screen flickers and the OS frequently crashes. So, I've resorted to the stock graphics card for now. That's always the downside with unofficial parts/flashed components. OS updates are more likely to break them.
