Barebones can mean a few d= ifferent setups. You are probably best to purchase a barebones system w= ith just a case, power supply, motherboard and CPU with cooler installed and= that's all.

Ram, HDDs/ SSDs, video cards, n= etwork cards if needed, optical drives, etc can all be pretty simple install= ations and you can save a lot just getting a barebones system and installing= compatible parts yourself.
