Bad journalism here which I commented on earlier. This supposedly what Tim Cook emailed somebody who pasted the email on a Facebook page. And using the unnamed source that says something is coming in 2013 to give credence to the facebook post allegedly from Tim Cook. TMZ probably uses higher standards in verifying info than that.

Apple has made no comment and no journalism source has verified any email from Tim Cook.
