I'll have to pre-render or precomp each element separately. I have some object that will be in front and some behind but the camera moves around the scene so the objects won't always be foreground or background but both depending on what point in time. I'm trying to think of a way to have a 3D layer at the correct point in space that has an alpha channel projected on it that is correct to the camera. I'll post if I come up with anything.
