Hey everybody,
   I've been doing some googling and haven't come up with an answer to a
problem I've been running into so I thought I'd throw it out to the group.
I'm running Creative Cloud on a Mid 2010 Mac Pro and every so often, mostly
when I'm asked to reauthorize my preferences completely reset. I lose any
custom output modules, any preference changes. everything custom. It's
driving me up the wall and I'm not entirely sure what to do. Anyone else
seen this issue?
