I am doing everything that I can to make sure that the CCM team
addresses your issues, but I can only do that if you are using the
official Adobe channels to get your issues resolved.

If you run into any barriers with Adobe Technical Support, don't give
up. Rather, post the case number for your case here, and I'll prod
folks to make sure that they help you adequately.
