I was able to reinstall v7 and was able to open the version 3 project file= . I was able to reinstall v7= and was able to open the version 3  project file. I saved the file&nbs= p;in v= 7 format and then was able to open the version 7 file in CS6.


After Effects 7 should be able to import=
 that.
