It uses OpenGL so in the end, give or take the occasional compatibility and driver issues, this will run on any system that has a reasonable graphics card, including older ones.

Isn't it funny that a third-party vendor shows what can be done with a "legacy" rendering model when Adobe have wasted their time with the (mostly) unnecessary raytracing stuff? It will wipe the GPU renderer from people's memory pretty quickly - in all possible meanings you wanna interpret into this.
