this just gives an "interpret footage" dialogue. Active for queued items, greyed out for finished ones.
Pausing over source and output file for a second with the mouse will reveal full path/ location that usually is truncated if its deep down in some directory and AME is not full screen. Has no interactivity though.

You may also be able to right-click (control-click) on the item and select Reveal Output File, at least in AME CS 5.5.

nope I just had lots of items and its easier just to click on the path to open than to navigate to each long truncated path one by one manually..

Which version of AME?
in CS5's verison, I can click on the output path and choose where I want the file to go. Not sure what's going on for you. Could it be because you dragged and dropped, instead of choosing add?
