I'm running into an very frustrating issue where my AE CS6 won't launch. My solution has been to uninstall the program and reinstall (which is a challenge most times). The program will work again, but when I come back to work the next day, the program won't launch again.

I've gotten a couple of different errors.

After Effects Alert:  Last log message was: <GPUManager> <2> Sniffer Result Code: 3

After Effects warning: Unable to access resource 'CS4_gripper_D' (type png)

After Effects warning: Unable to access resource 'DVAColorThemesV2' (type xml)

I'm running a Mac Pro tower,

Processor  2 x 2.66 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon

Memory  32 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC

Graphics  ATI Radeon HD 5870 1024 MB

Software  Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3 (11D50)

I've read a couple of things on possible issues with the ATI card driver, but nothing definitive. We have 3 other workstations in our office running the same Mac Pro's and software, with no issues.
