If you change the PPI (not dpi because there are no dots in digital images) without resampling the image there is no change in file size or pixel size. Only the output size on a printed page changes. -- The work around for the Photoshop Bug is to use the save for web option. It's my SOP for creating PNG files from PSD's for the web or video production. You can automate it. I work this way for PNG files because you end up with perfect PNG24's with transparency and 8 bit RGB even if the original is a 16bit CMYK PSD from a designer. The trick also works for JPGS if you must have jogs for web or video. Because this is my standard workflow I didn't realize there was a bug in PS CS6 until I read about it. Rick Gerard
