How do I rotate 2D layers about a null while keeping the 2 layers held at 0 rotation throughout.

I know I can do this with key framing. But an expression would be easier for modifications.

I tried Dan's expression "value-parent.transform.yRotation" modified to "value-parent.transform.Rotation" but no go.
