There was a bug in the previous version of the application manager and lice=
nsing system that caused all activation information for a CS6 application t=
o be wiped out by, among other things, running a CS5 application. Manually =
deactivating and reactivating the CS6 software should get everything back i=
nto a good state. The new version of the application manager released at th=
e end of June fixes this bug.

This afflicted Premiere Pro users quite badly, since a lot of codecs rely o=
n the activation system to unlock them. Even though the codecs are unlocked=
 in the trial case, the activation system still has to do that, and the afo=
rementioned bug prevented that from happening. This caused all sorts of pro=
blems, from audio not showing up (because the audio codec was locked) to se=
quence presets not appearing.
