hi mats
i know you mentioned "no software" but i had to mention Max/MSP/Jitter =
from Cycling 74 - Jitter being it's video aspect - and that it would be =
relatively easy to create a standalone app that would do this. Jitter is =
used quite a bit for video installations of a wide variety of =
confiurations.
