I'm getting conflicting information. One source says the disclaimer text has to be 4% of the vertical picture height. http://www.koeppeldirect.com/political-rules-regulations.htm 4% of NTSC (486 vertical) is 19.44 pixels. Another is claiming the minimum is 26 scan lines (or pixels). I've been making them larger (~30 pixels) to avoid rejections from the stations, but when I see other ads on TV, it looks like I'm going way beyond what's necessary.
