Does anybody know the law on disclaimers on political ads?
I'm getting conflicting information. One source says the disclaimer text has to be 4% of the vertical picture height.

4% of NTSC (486 vertical) is 19.44 pixels.
Another is claiming the minimum is 26 scan lines (or pixels).
I've been making them larger (~30 pixels) to avoid rejections from the stations, but when I see other ads on TV, it looks like I'm going way beyond what's necessary.
