The rule we use is that in SD, disclaimers must be 22 scanlines (pixels, effectively) tall, and on-screen for 3 seconds for the first line and 1 extra second per additional line. A 3 line super would have to be up for 5 seconds. If you're mastering in HD, make your super 44 scanlines tall and you should be all good.
