I’ve got a client who has output a 23.976 sequence in Premiere CS5 as 24.000 in TIFF sequence. Any idea if CS5 interpolates to create those frames? And if so, does it do it well or poorly? There does appear to be softness but don’t see typical motion artifacts when stepping through.
