I’ll take a stab. Dynamic linking is getting more grown up all the time, but from its early days I quickly learned that important things like motion blurring (and apparently layer blend modes and certainly 3D renderer) and things related to Ae’s rendering capability do not transfer to Pr. Call me backward, but I will cut/paste clips or open/import projects and sequences from Pr to Ae, but I won’t dynamic link from Ae back to Pr. I always render from Ae and import the rendered clips to Pr. Old habits that work best. Import new ae comp, sequence settings match comp settings but background elements are dark. scott tupper | multimedia producer, media services robert half international This message, and any attachments, is intended only for the use of the addressee and may contain information that is privileged and confidential or otherwise exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
