I did RGB + HEX conversions in AI CS6 and checked in PS CS6 (and = also 5.1) to confirm. (curiously, some RGB codes in PS were about 1 = digit off-but I can live with that). However, when I export an Adobe Swatch Exchange (.ase) file and import = to AE CS6 via Swatch You Want, the RGB values are significantly altered. = They read consistently wrong across every color picker I can test within = the AE app.=20 Example: Dark Blue PMS 287 R 0 G 47 B 136 HEX #002F86 becomes: R 23 G 39 B 134 HEX #172786 Inside AE. Weird. I must make note that this is on Mac OS X 10.8 in case that is a factor. I should also note that I had a backchannel conversation about this with = Jeff Almasol, and he was unable to reproduce the problem on his Windows = PC...so this may be a Mac only issue, perhaps only a Mountain Lion = issue, but can't really tell from this end. I will be happy to provide a PDF of palette with official values and the = ASE file by direct email to anyone who requests it for testing. Ping me = at carey@imugonline.com All the best, Carey
