Upon further testing...

Yes, the same issue is present in Chameleon on my Mac OS X Mountain Lion =
(10.8) system.
Same offset values.

However...another discovery.

I pulled my safety clone off the shelf and booted from it. It is set up =
with OS X 10.7.3 (still got CS6 though)

The color swatches are importing correctly.=20

Therefore, this appears to be a mountain Lion incompatibility. Hopefully =
there will be a fix from Adobe or Apple soon.
