Upon further testing...

Yes, the same issue is present in Chameleon on my Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8) system.
Same offset values.

However...another discovery.

I pulled my safety clone off the shelf and booted from it. It is set up with OS X 10.7.3 (still got CS6 though)

The color swatches are importing correctly. 

Therefore, this appears to be a mountain Lion incompatibility. Hopefully there will be a fix from Adobe or Apple soon.

have you also tried Chameleon to import the ase file? I think it uses the same mechanism to parse the .ase file. Hence, if you see the same problem there, you can be sure its a problem of the ase file parsing of AE scripting and nothing specific to Swatch You Want.
