I am in the process of buying a new workstation and I am wondering if I should add the $750 cost to upgrade from a Nvidia GTX 670 to the GTX 690. I am a prosumer who works primarily with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Also am wondering since Windows 8 is due to be launched soon if I should wait so that I will have a turnkey system.
