Todd K. at Adobe suggested we try Premiere Pro CS6 for scaling. We found it very fast and almost good enough for what
we are doing. In the end RGS Resizer won out. No where near as fast but the results were well worth the render times.
DeNoiser 2 was key too and re:visionfx Fieldskit helped the process quite a bit too.
