Footage item in layer.  Double click to open Layer Source viewer.  Grab the region indicator and slip the footage (leaving the duration the same).  Result: the keyframes move along with the footage.

Is there a way to keep the keyframes in the same place when I slip the footage?

Thanks,
Jim C.
