AFAIK it's an OS limitation.  It's the same on Macs and Windows.  It's a =
pretty rare problem to run into - I can think of 3 times in about 15 =
years that it's happened to me, so even if it's something that Adobe can =
fix then it's probably pretty low on their priorities.
