Subje= ct: [AE] layer markers to comp markers (initially)

Hello, is = there a script that will copy layer markers and make them comp
markers?

the = whole situation is as follows: We have plenty voice over wav files
recorded in SB where = markers where added.
These wav files with their markers can be seen = by AE but not AU (it only
opens the wav file with = no markers)where we want to edit.
AU will neither recognize xml data = exports of said markers.
So if there is a way to export markers from = AE into AU in a way that AU
will recognize it would = be great.
Thanks
