| Hi, We upgraded one of our Macs to 10.8.1 and it has broken Optical Flares. It worked fine with 10.6.8, was a bit flaky with 10.8.0 but since the .1 upgrade it's no longer workable. It has an old crappy nVidia GT120 video card in it with 512mb RAM. It works at 1/4 res, fills the screen with garbage at 1/2 res, and crashes at full res. Doesn't matter if the GPU is enabled or disabled. We're using the latest version of everything. It is easier for us to change the video card than it is to roll back to OS - but just wondering if anyone else has had problems? We think it's an Open GL bug, and probably to do with the card only having 512 meg. But any suggestions welcome... -Chris |
