Nope... This is from the Getting Started section:

"Retrieving archives from Amazon Glacier requires the initiation of a job.
Jobs typically complete in 3 to 5 hours."

Probably acceptable download times for the vast majority of archived
material.

I saw that the other day, I had a little bit of trouble finding out if they
had a UI for using it or recommended any application for working with their
service. $1 a month for 100GB isn't shabby at all as long as you don't mind
a bit of a wait to get your material back. I think I read it was between 1-2
weeks before you get it.
