| I'm confused about your answer, Todd. I was pretty much following along with Richard Harrington's book "Photoshop For Video" and he described transferring a video psd file to After Effects precisely the way I was attempting to do it. Are you saying something has changed in CS 6 to make his advice obsolete? Exporting as an animation file -- especially since I'm merely testing some concepts -- takes time and yields a file way larger than I need. All I need is a file the size and resolution of the one I started with. Even if rendering is now the only option in CS 6, why can't I access the other quicktime codecs in my system?
