Just a quick question to see if anybody else is having this problem - I had to take about 360 MOV files and encode them as lower res mp4 files.  I have tried this using the iPhone 360p preset as well as an android phone 360p preset.  While it worked fine for the first 150 or so, it conked out.  Now it goes through all the motions but creates 0kb mp4 files - nothing gets encoded.

Is this a "trash the preferences" kinda deal?  I'm a bit confused why it would work then not work.  Restarting isn't helping.
