Good question.  I've = reinstalled the suite before to fix problems, but I don't recall if I = installed over the old version or did an uninstall.  But, trashing = everything in the apps, Library>Application Support, Receipts, and = Preferences should do it.  Shouldn't hurt and quickest way would be = to just reinstall over the old, and see if your problem = vanishes.
