Once you create a preset for a single frame, you can apply to all frames. Note that Illustrator is not easily automatable, but still, it would be far less time that rotoscoping and probably do a nice job for mid 4 figures. However, that look may not been what you want. And it will require cleanup work due to the unpredictability.
