I've used a couple of the cheap off brand tablets. All of them use a AAA battery in the pen, so the pen is thicker than a regular pen and your hand cramps up after a short time. Plus I've never had a tablet last more than 6-8 months with average use. My last one, parts of the tablet stopped working. I could move the pen and the cursor would move until it the pen hit a dead spot. Rick Emery

Anyone using any of the new Bamboo tablets. I heard the first generation ones really sucked. I use just replaced my intous 4 with an intous 5 at work, but don't have anything at home. Are the Bamboo's decent for some Photoshop and AE work at
home? It isn't that often, so I don't see the point of spending $350 on the intous.
