I did this back around 2000 and the best ergonomic tool I ever did - mouse, stylus, chair etc. eventually you will be repetitive. On long sessions, I will switch hands every couple of hours. I grew up very right-handed when I started, but in recent years working on my IMAX film with so much fine detail visual work - I've noticed that I'm actually better with my left hand than right hand for that work and prefer it now.
