...still using a cabled logitech trackman wheel, though lately its loosing its accuracy. For that I use intuos mouse & pen.
Trackman is great for presentations and areas with little space for mice, and with multi mon setups it zaps through the displays lightning fast. Once one gets used to them its hard to go back to conventional mice.

otherwise use tablet the other 99% of my computer time.

trackballs give me burning pain in my forearm after 20 min or so of use... and just not very precise.
