Luckily today all working fine till now :-).
perhaps a few reboots were needed. Prefs needed to be re-entered,
saw multiprocessing is disabled by default

Yikes...
It's this kind of thing that makes me wait on upgrades at least a
few days. Is this a common problem or localized?

Is anyone experiencing AE crashes after the update?
It began with not Ram previewing, showing in info tab
"background processes initializing / this may take a while",
then it refused to render.
Opened project in AME which failed rendering for "unknown error"
Installed latest nvidia driver updates, now AE hangs on launch
(even after purging prefs)...

Be sure to let us know whether your specific issue has been
fixed. We squashed a lot of bugs in this update, but we want
to know if we missed some.

Looks like a great update! Â I'm glad to see the cache issue
has been
fixed. Especially for Trapcode Form.
Nice little present for a Friday morning.
Thanks to the AE team!

I was wondering if any Adobe people here have an
estimate on when
this bug will be fixed, or even if it's in the
pipeline.
I'm not the only person who's reported that the CS6
Disk Cache
displays incorrect frames in master comps with
precomps.
Although the Disk Cache really speeds up final
rendering, it's not
of much use if it renders the wrong information.
It's been quite a while since the update to 11.0.1,
and it seems
we're overdue for another one, yes?
Thanks,
Jim C.
