5k HD is taking 11 seconds per frame to render, no keying, no resizing just IO.

I twirled down the render activity and 10 of the 11 seconds AE is "retrieving the frame".

At first I thought it was going faster but it gets a few minutes in and grinds to a halt...

I swear it was quicker on my laptop... I left that at the office and can't remote into it.. but I will test that again first thing.
