Nah, the N7 uses tablet apps just fine.
there just aren't a whole lot of them. It specifically tried to
use the Jellybean phone interface up until the recent 4.1.2
Jellybean release, but I've been rooted and using a custom rom
which sets everything into a normal tablet mode, so it's a much
better experience. (status bar on the bottom, apps are all
separately identified as phone mode or tablet mode, however you
wish)
As far as not being able to negotiate the purchase vs. subscribed
member status for the apps, just issue a key to CC users, and have
that key unlock the apps, if your CC membership is revoked or you
don't subscribe anymore, either revoke the key and disable the
apps, or hell,, just let people keep em, "as an added gift to you"
it's not like they are a full productivity suite or something,
they're just a nice added bonus to the Creative Cloud.

Interesting and creative workflow, Anders. Thanks for
sharing.
Upon reading, I was like, ok, let me go grab these touch
apps.. I just recently got a Google Nexus 7, let's check
the Google Play store for the apps..
....
Nothing....
So then I go to the creative cloud website, and see them
all listed at the bottom of the apps page.. they all
have Android apps available, and they all have pages on
the Google Play store, but their apps don't come up when
searched for on the tablet itself, even when you
specifically search their names in the Google Play store
on Android. Search "Photoshop Touch" and nothing from
Adobe comes up.. same for the rest of them as well..
Anyway, I'm also sort of shocked that these are all $10
apps each, on the Google Play Store.. Kinda figured
they'd be included in my Creative Cloud membership.. I
mean, they can provide me with the entire expensive
Creative Suite Master Collection, but they can't provide
me with Kuler on my tablet without charging $10?
