These days I think half the job of an on-set VFX supervisor is keeping people who are well-meaning but lack recent knowledge from putting scraps of green and tracking markers everywhere that you'll spending most of the time on the shot later removing. That is, if one can get ON the set in the first place, because since these kindly people "know" VFX, why should production pay for another supervisor to be there?

And if you want to get good screen reflections and shows, if possible place a flat 50% graphic on the monitors during the shoot, then use a mode such as Overlay or Hard Light to composite your new screen over the monitor face.
