Thanks to all for the excellent feedback. I was leaning to going no tracker
monitors and leaving the screens off, and I think unless the monitor has
obvious other lighting effects in power/status that I don't want to fool
with, will we do that.

I've confirmed with Art that all are deep black, so we should be good.

A film is - or should be - more like music than like fiction. It should be a
progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what's behind the emotion, the
meaning, all that comes later.

Assuming the screen, when off, is a nice deep black instead of green or some
other color.

true reflection will only make the screen lighter, not darker. Add is your
best bet for this, or maybe screen, but in either case you'll want to add a
levels effect to the layer to control the reflection strength and contrast.

than you want. Use Levels on the reflections to dial them in, but I'd still
stick with Adding in linear space. You can use the color profile converter
to do this on just the Add operation if you don't want to set your entire
project to linear.
